Background

On 11.2012, the Swiss Medical Association founded the Swiss Academy of Quality in Switzerland. The naturopathic association has also founded a “Association for Quality and Safety”. On the one hand, to promote the development of traditional medicine in order to realize WHO’s National Health goal, to follow the human-centric delivery service model, the concept of quality standards, health care, integration services, lifelong service, active patient participation and timely feedback. On the other hand, safety and quality are increasingly important because of the sharp increase in medical costs, the transparency of medical litigation and the growing demand for health care for the growth of life.

WHO has decided that lifestyle habits make up 60% of the factors that affect health. The habits are an image of the culture.

“Medical Culture” is an increasingly important discipline in the world. In China, the first textbook “Introduction to Medical Culture” was recommended. In terms of health care, traditional medicine has a long history and good systems, resulting in a health culture. “Health Management” is a new global discipline, has a clear direction and is timely. Therefore, establishing a traditional medical culture and health management organization can help to combine traditional health culture with modern management.
